My yoga classes in Sarzana are open to everyone. Everyone can find classes at their level. For those living in the surrounding areas (La Spezia, Carrara), it’s a great opportunity to practice in a fully equipped studio under the guidance of a professional.
BEGINNERS – lessons for those who have no or little experience in yoga (a few months).
INTERMEDIATE – lessons for those who have at least one year of practical experience.
Obviously private lessons are available both at the studio and at home in the surrounding area: La Spezia, Lerici, Carrara, Forte-dei-Marmi, Santo Stefano di Magra, Luni, Bocca di Magra, Pietrasanta.
