At first glance, I started my path to yoga in a rather random way, although nothing happens by accident, but I immediately realized that this is what I want to do in the future in my life and owes a lot to my first teacher Tatyana Yurizditskaya, under whose I was engaged in sensitive guidance for several years, entered the teacher’s courses, began teaching and passed the exam, having received the international certificate of yoga teacher according to the Iyengar method, issued by the RIMYI Institute (India).
Nowadays yoga is my way of life, teaching yoga is my main profession, I continue to learn and try to learn only from the best teachers. In Russia – from Elena Ulmasbaeva, in Italy – from Gabriela Giubilaro and David Meloni; at the Iyengar Yoga Institute RIMYI in India and with the world’s leading teachers like Lois Steinberg and Manouso Manos when they come to Russia.
I live in St. Petersburg (Russia) and can teach in Russian, Italian and English.
