SKYPE VIDEO CONNECTION LESSONS
As evidenced by my personal experience of conducting videoconferencing classes, which became popular (and sometimes the only possible) during the covid pandemic, group sessions are ineffective, while individual sessions can be as effective as individual sessions “in presence.” Several of my individual students, absolute beginners in yoga, practicing online regularly 2-3 times a week, after a month of classes noted certain, specific improvements in their condition, and now, after a few more months, they have such a clear progress that I, to be honest, I didn’t even expect it from distance learning.
For such activities you need:
- free space in the room, free floor, with a minimum size of approximately 2×4 meters, a more spacious place will be more comfortable;
- a computer with a video camera (it is already built into a laptop or tablet), the “Skype” program is downloaded and installed in almost one click for free;
- for the first time you need at least a mat, which is better to buy in specialized yoga stores, including via the Internet. There you can also buy all the rest of the necessary equipment (2 bricks, a bolster, 2 belts, a chair), but at first you can get by with household items (a regular chair, a bench, a regular belt, a blanket, a stack of books).
I teach in a more suitable way for each specific student – there is absolutely no need to be afraid that you will not be able to do something or not understand something – I will repeat everything as many times as necessary and show it from different angles. Even low vision will not be a hindrance – if necessary, you can come closer to the screen, look and then do under my instructions, and if necessary, I demonstrate certain aspects in close-up.
COST AND CONDITIONS OF LESSONS
SINGLE LESSON (1 hour)
Payment is made by transfer to a bank account or card, with the issuance of documents confirming the payment to the client (check).
Classes are conducted on a prepaid basis. In case of cancellation of the lesson by the client (with the exception of force majeure circumstances determined by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) on the day of the lesson or after 21.00 of the day preceding the day of the lesson, the lesson is considered completed and is payable in full.
If you purchased a package, but did not manage to use it up within a month, then the completed lessons are counted as lessons from the corresponding price category, and the remaining funds remain in your asset.
If, for any reason, you decide to discontinue classes, having in your asset several prepaid classes from the package, I will refund you the money for the remaining classes.
